  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/four cup lager
  • salt and pepper, to style
  • four slices bread
  • 2/three cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter


  1. Heat olive oil in a big skillet over medium warmth. Add onion and prepare dinner for 10 minutes or till softened and simply starting to show golden brown, stirring continuously.
